Meet Our Therapists

It’s important to find a therapist that fits with your personality. All of our therapists are compassionate and have their own personalities and strengths and they all specialize in treating anxiety and trauma. Click on the therapist’s photos to learn more about them.

Alexia Massey, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a therapist here at Sol Vista Counseling. Mental health can affect so many areas of your life, and I want to support and validate you through life’s struggles. I love helping people learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, and a variety of other issues.

I have training in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy, treatments specifically designed to help individuals struggling with PTSD, and to change thought patterns and feelings regarding traumatic experiences that contribute to PTSD symptoms. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which is an effective treatment for those struggling with controlling their emotions, dysfunction in relationships, and various other issues.

Alicia Galbraith, MSW-i

I am an intern therapist here at Sol Vista Counseling working on my Master’s degree in Social Work. I have a Master’s degree in neuroscience, and I’m a registered Yoga teacher and certified meditation instructor. I specialize in helping clients who have felt that talk therapy has not quite gotten to the root of the emotions held physically in their body, despite all the logic in the world.

I love working with older adolescents (16+) and adults to help them heal from trauma and calm anxiety.

Charlene Lenkart, LCMHC

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Sol Vista Counseling. I love working with people who struggle to set boundaries, who have lost their sense of self, and who are exhausted trying to maintain control and make others be what they want.

I also work with people who struggle with anxiety and trauma. The main type of therapy I use is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful treatment specifically designed to go deeper and learn why your symptoms have appeared and how to regain your inner confidence and sense of self.
